1. Do you have spec sheets?

a. Specification Sheets and MSDS sheets will be available on our website soon, and can also be emailed and faxed upon request. Please contact your representative for more information.

2. Do you drop (blind) ship? Is it additional cost?

a. We do offer drop ship services. Shipping rate is determined by destination unless the order qualifies for prepaid shipping

3. Is there a minimum for ordering?

a. Typically, there is a one case minimum on all products, but that may vary depending on your particular account. Please contact your representative for more information.

4. Do you have to purchase full cases?

a. There is a per order charge of $9.75 if the order contains a broken case.

5. Can I get a sample of a product?

a. Samples can be requested from your sales representative.

6. Can I get a catalog sent to me?

a. Send us an email, fax, or give us a call to request a catalog by mail. Our full catalog is also available to download on our website. Download Catalog

7. Do I have to be a distributor to purchase?

a. Johnson Wilshire does not sell to end users. If you are an end user and would like to purchase our products, please call us for your nearest distributor.

8. What’s the return policy? Restocking Fee?

a. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. We try to follow a no questions asked return policy, but there are always exceptions. Please contact your sales representative to set up a return authorization.

9. Where will the product ship from?

a. We offer multiple shipping locations to best serve you. We will always try to ship from the warehouse closest to the destination to cut down on shipping cost and times. Our locations are: Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX, and Boston, MA.

10. Do you offer pre-paid shipping? If so, what is the pre-paid freight amount?

a. Prepaid shipping depends on your location. Please contact us for your pre-paid shipping rate.

11. Can I pick up directly from locations?

a. All of our locations offer will call service. For faster processing, please submit your order at least an hour before you arrive.

12. Can I special order items that are not in stock?

a. We pride ourselves on carrying a full line of head to toe protection. With over 50 years of experience in the business, we can source the products you need. Just give us a call for any of your requests.

13. Do you carry different brands of gloves?

a. We carry most major brands in the industry.

14. Do you carry tagged gloves? If not, do you tag?

a. Many of our gloves come with hang tags. If the product you need isn’t tagged, our team can tag them for you. You may provide us with your tag design, or our stock hang tag. This service may delay your shipment depending on order size.

15. Do you logo gloves?

a. We offer many types of silk screening and pad printing services. Contact us for more details.

16. Are there discounts for buying large quantities?

a. Large quantity or small, we always try to give you the best price possible. Please give us a call for the best prices on your order.

17. Can I get case weights and case dimensions?

a. Many of our case specifications are available on the item spec sheet. If you can’t find it, let us know and we will get the information for you.

18. What is the case quantity packaging?

a. Case quantity varies on which product. See the spec sheet or contact us for item specific information.

19. How do I apply for credit?

a. Send us your credit references. Once we have the information back from them, we will let you know your credit line and terms.

20. I am a new customer, where do I start?

a. Give us a call! Our friendly sales representatives will be happy to assist you in setting up your distributor account. Please make sure you have your resale license available as we will need that to process your order.
